Okay, so I've been using this Thumping Kegel Ball Set for a while now, and I wanted to share my honest thoughts.

First off, what I really liked was that it came with different weights. This was awesome because I could gradually increase the difficulty as I got stronger. It also came with those little stretchy things – I think they're called resistance bands? – which added a whole extra level of challenge.

The balls themselves felt pretty good quality. They're smooth and easy to clean, which is a big plus. The instructions were pretty straightforward too, although I did have to look at them a few times at first.

Now, here's the thing. It took me a while to actually get the hang of using them. It felt a bit awkward at first, and I definitely had a few "accidents" along the way. But once I got the rhythm down, it actually felt pretty good.

I'm not sure if it's actually doing anything for my pelvic floor, to be honest. It's hard to really tell with this kind of thing. But I do feel a bit more toned down there, if that makes sense. And it definitely makes those Kegel exercises a bit more...interesting.
